Visual Communication is designed to give students information concerning graphic design.  Students will be involved in the creative planning and execution of visual communication.  Students will learn how to use a combination of shapes and forms, words and images, to communicate visually to others.  They will also learn the profession of the graphic designer and be able to evaluate all designs.  Students will be introduced to the tools to use and printing process that turns the job into a reality.  The students will learn about art history, aesthetics, art criticism and production of computer graphics.
